For stores, warehouses, product sites and more
Any product, in the right aisle, in a second
Wise Big Store turns any store, warehouse or product site into a smart digital space: search that forgives typos, an exact location — aisle, side and shelf — a map and an efficient route. A fit for big stores, warehouses, product sites and catalogues — no hardware, no beacons, no app to download.
Built on the catalogue you already have — CSV, Excel or an ERP export.
- Search results in under 300 milliseconds
- Runs in the browser, as a guest, with no sign-up
- A verification loop that keeps locations honest

The problem
In a 30,000-SKU store, "where is it?" costs money
Every unanswered question is an abandoned basket, and every employee walking a shopper to aisle 7 is an employee not doing their job.
A shopper who cannot find it, does not buy it
Most shoppers will not hunt for staff. They drop the item, and sometimes the whole basket. It never shows up in a report — it is revenue that simply did not happen.
Staff became a human GPS
Expensive hours burn on giving directions instead of restocking, service and selling. In peak season it becomes the bottleneck.
The knowledge lives in people's heads
A veteran knows where everything is. A new hire does not. Every round of turnover erases that knowledge again.
The planogram changes, the information does not
A product that sat in aisle 7 last month is in aisle 3 today. A wrong location is worse than a missing one — a shopper sent on a wasted walk will not come back to the system.
The solution
Three steps and you are live
We do not sell hardware and we do not ask you to change the store. We build a location layer on top of what you already have.
- 01
Upload the catalogue
A CSV or Excel file, or a planogram export from your ERP. The import wizard maps columns, previews rows, flags errors and upserts by barcode — with no duplicates.
- 02
Map the store
Zones, aisles, shelves and points of interest — entrance, checkouts, service desk. The drag-and-drop editor builds a real graph with distances, not a decorative picture.
- 03
Search and get a route
The shopper or picker types a product name and gets aisle, side and shelf, a marker on the map and a walking route. A whole list becomes an ordered picking route.

Full transcript
- A shopper in a large store spends around eight minutes looking for one product.
- And if they can't find it, they simply leave without buying.
- Wise Big Store fixes that — no hardware, no new signage, no app to download.
- The store uploads the catalogue it already has: a CSV or Excel file.
- It defines its aisles, shelves and map once.
- The shopper searches in their own words — typos included.
- And gets the aisle, the side and the shelf. Exactly.
- For a whole list they get an efficient route that ends at the checkouts.
- And shoppers verify the locations themselves, so the data stays honest.

Every location carries a confidence rating that is shown openly to the shopper.
For stores and chains
What it does for a branch
Supermarkets, pharmacy chains, homeware and DIY — anywhere a shopper can get lost between the shelves.
Fewer abandoned baskets
An item that gets found is an item that gets bought. Search returns an exact location instead of "try aisle 4".
Staff hours freed up
Fewer manual directions, more time for restocking, facing and the service that actually drives sales.
New hires productive on day one
Location knowledge lives in the system, not in the memory of your veterans.
Analytics you do not have today
What shoppers search for and cannot find — that list is a roadmap for buying and for shelf layout.
Works per branch
Each branch gets its own structure, map and locations, under one organisation and one catalogue.
No app to download
The shopper scans a code or opens a link and searches immediately — even without an account.
For warehouses and logistics
What it does on the warehouse floor
Distribution centres, logistics hubs and spare-parts warehouses — the exact same system, in warehouse terms.
Shorter picking time
A computed picking route for every list, instead of walking in the order the lines happen to appear.
Train a picker in a day
The picker does not need to know the warehouse — the system leads them row by row.
Fewer picking errors
An exact location down to Rack / Bay / Level, with a "picked" confirmation on every item.
Real-time shortage reports
A picker reporting a shortage or a wrong location creates a task for the warehouse manager instantly.
Warehouse terms, not supermarket terms
Row, Rack, Bay, Level, pick list, picker — a full glossary that switches automatically.
Full picking history
Who picked, when, how long it took and how many items were collected — for every task.
The real asset
Locations stay right — even after the planogram changes
This is where location systems fail in the field, so we built a whole module around it.
A confidence rating per location
Verified / estimated / unverified. A location not verified for over 30 days is automatically marked estimated, and the shopper sees that plainly.
Verification from the floor
"Found it here" refreshes the location. "Not here" lowers the confidence rating and opens a task for the manager.
A work queue for the manager
A dedicated screen of locations needing verification, sorted by report count — not a list someone has to remember to open.

What people ask us before starting
How long does it take to go live?
A first branch usually goes live in two to four weeks: importing the catalogue takes days, drawing the structure and map is the main work, and then comes field testing. Additional branches in the same chain are much faster, because the catalogue already exists.
How do locations stay up to date over time?
Three ways in parallel: re-importing the planogram from your systems, manual or bulk updates in the dashboard, and verification from the floor — every shopper or employee who taps "found it" or "not here" updates the confidence rating. A location not verified for over 30 days is automatically marked as estimated.
Do shoppers need to download an app?
No. Everything runs in the mobile browser. The shopper scans a QR code at the entrance or opens the branch link and searches immediately — no sign-up. An account is only needed to keep shopping lists between visits.
Does it need hardware, beacons or physical changes to the store?
No. No indoor GPS, no beacons, no tags. The system is built on your data and on the store map we build together. That is exactly what lets it go live in weeks rather than months.
How do you import a catalogue of tens of thousands of products?
Through a nine-step import wizard: upload, column detection, a mapping saved for next time, preview, validation, a downloadable error report, upsert by barcode and batched import. A 10,000-row file goes through without failing, and re-importing the same file creates no duplicates.
Does the search really understand Hebrew and typos?
Yes, and it is the heart of the product. We normalise niqqud, final letters, quote marks and leading prefixes, maintain a synonym dictionary (so "titulim" finds "diapers") and rank results across six tiers. With no exact match there is a similarity fallback with a "did you mean…?" suggestion.
What happens when a product is not found?
The shopper gets a screen with similar suggestions and related categories, and every such search is logged. The "zero-result searches" screen in the dashboard is one of the most useful tools in the system: it shows exactly what shoppers want and you do not sell — or sell under a different name.
Does it fit a logistics warehouse, not just a store?
Yes. The same system, with the glossary swapped: aisle becomes row or Rack, shelf becomes Bay, shopping list becomes pick list and customer becomes picker. On top of that you get list assignment, shortage reporting and picking history.
